Full Service Wedding Coordinating With this package, wedding coordinator assists the bride and groom on every aspect of their planning. Wedding coordinator is responsible for locating and contacting vendors, negotiating pricing, attends interviews, makes payment arrangements, etc. Additionally, wedding coordinator hosts meetings, directs rehearsal, ceremony and reception. Coordinator is responsible for sending out updates to the wedding party, vendors, parents, bride & groom and any other pertinent person. Coordinator assists with the selection of vendors and is the contact person for any information needed pertaining to any aspect of the wedding. On the day of the wedding, a hired staff will assist wedding coordinator until all noted events have subsided. $1000.00

Guidance & Wedding Day Coordinating With this package, the wedding coordinator advises the bride and groom with their wedding day plans. Coordinator provides the bride and groom with a wedding planning workbook along with contacts for vendors within their price range. Wedding Coordinator and couple will meet quarterly to discuss new updates and information pertaining to the wedding. Coordinator will hire trained staff to assist with wedding services until all noted events subside. $500.00

Same Day Coordinating Coordinator is responsible for directing the wedding as designed by the bride and groom. Coordinator meets with couple approximately two weeks before the wedding to discuss the affair. Coordinator will work with hostesses and ushers to ensure that the day is successful. $300.00
